What do I put for 'State' when shipping?
AE, AP or AAAE (Armed Forces Europe), AA (Armed Forces Americas), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific). If you have entered the address correctly, with the U.S. in the country, then these options will be available under 'states'
What Country do I use for APO/FPO addresses?
United States. For all military addresses, even if your service member is deployed to Afghanistan, that address is considered the United States.
What bases do you ship to?
ALL U.S. BASES. Troopster ships care packs to all military bases and commands, from Afghanistan to Submarines.
If I add multiple care packs or items, will it go out as one care package?
YES We'll send everything in your shopping cart out as one care pack when you checkout.
How long does shipping take?
2 - 16 weeks All military mail, shipped with the USPS, might have delays when shipping to U.S. military bases.

Why didn't I get a confirmation tracking number for my order?100% of orders have tracking
Many times these confirmation messages can be lost to
1. Spam Folder
2. If the incorrect email address was used at checkout
3. If an email or cell number wasn't provided
My package shows that it was received by the post office but my service member hasn't received it, is it lost?90% No ; 10% Possibly
If your tracking says that the package has been delivered, it is most likely available at the base post office, ready for your troop to pick up. The base should have notified your service member of their delivery, but sometimes this slips through the cracks. If your troop has checked the base post office and their package isn't available, please contact us
