Veteran - Founded
Troopster was founded by U.S. veteran Chelsea Mandello.
Chelsea served as a Military Photojournalist and Mass Communication's Specialist for the U.S. Navy from 2011-2018. During her time in the military she deployed across more than 13 countries and nine Navy ships.
In 2013, Chelsea recognized a need for personalized care packages and set to launching Troopster. Since launching in 2015, Troopster has supported thousands of deployed U.S. troops and their families world-wide.
